Messages submitted via the contact form are delivered to us through Resend Inc. (USA), our email delivery provider. Resend acts only as a delivery conduit and does not process your message content for any other purpose. Cloudflare Turnstile is active on the contact form for bot protection and is subject to Cloudflare's privacy policy.
6. Cookies
Our website uses only first-party session cookies that are strictly necessary for technical functionality. These cookies are deleted automatically when your browser session ends and are never shared with third parties. No marketing or analytics cookies are used.
7. Retention
Contact form data is retained for a maximum of 1 (one) year after your request is resolved, then permanently deleted.
8. Security
Data is transmitted over SSL/TLS encrypted connections. Access to personal data is limited strictly to those who need it. Confidentiality commitments with third-party providers are secured by contract.
